2 Year Limited Warranty

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, AMI Attachments Inc. (AMI) offers a limited warranty that all products manufactured by AMI will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. The warranty period will commence 90 days after delivery to the dealer or upon the sale of the product to end user, whichever occurs first.

During the FIRST year from the date of purchase if any Product subject to this Agreement is rejected because of failure to conform to the specifications and drawings, or because of failure in workmanship or materials, as set out above, the obligation of AMI is limited to replacing those items with others which comply with the specifications and drawings, or, at the option of AMI, in the case of failure in the workmanship or materials, repairing such items. AMI may repair or replace such items at the sole and unfettered discretion of AMI.

During the SECOND year from the date of purchase if any Product subject to this Agreement is rejected because of failure to conform to the specifications and drawings, or because of failure in workmanship or materials, as set out above, the obligation of AMI is limited to replacing those items with others that comply with the specifications and drawings. AMI shall not be responsible for any labor costs associated with repair or installation of replacement parts during the SECOND year from the date of purchase.

Limitation Of warranty

In no event shall AMI ever be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damage incurred by the Purchaser, such as but not limited to, loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, down-time, cost of a substitute Product, or other related damage to equipment or attachments.

AMI Warranty will not be considered for:

  • Product that, in the judgement of AMI, has been misused by the user.
  • Product not sold or manufactured by AMI.
  • Alterations or repairs not authorized by a representative of AMI.
  • Travel time, down time, shop supplies, or environmental charges.
  • Wear Items and consumables.
  • Exposure to the elements due to improper storage.

Claims

Distributor/Dealer must notify AMI immediately of the defect by phone, fax or email. All claims must be accompanied by a photograph of the defective product.

Recommended repairs and cost of replacement are to be discussed with and agreed on by an authorized AMI representative. Repair and labour (at an agreed rate) will be performed by a dealer of AMI or a repair shop designated by AMI. AMI may require that any defective products or part be returned to AMI in Hawkesville, Ontario.

Failure to report the defect in a timely manner or proceeding with any work without prior consultation and consent of AMI may void this warranty at the option of AMI.

 

AMI XMOR Warranty Policy 

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, AMI Attachments Inc (AMI) offers a warranty that all XMOR products manufactured by AMI will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of fourteen (14) months or 4800 hours. The warranty period will commence 90 days after the delivery to the dealer or upon the sale/delivery of the product to the end user, whichever occurs first.

  • AMI XMOR Warranty coverage or Full warranty coverage for 14 months or 4800 hours, whichever occurs first.

 

Limitations Of AMI XMOR Warranty: 

In no event shall AMI ever be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damage incurred by the purchaser, such as but not limited to, loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, down-time, cost of a substitute product, or related damage to equipment or attachments.
