Dedicated hydraulic lines maintain constant system pressure from the excavator’s main pump to the locking cylinder, eliminating risk of pressure loss. The integrated load-holding valve maintains pressure within the cylinder and keeps the attachment locked during a complete system failure.

A sliding wedge delivers a strong, self-tightening connection by engaging both front and rear pins with a single hydraulic stroke. The high clamping force in this compact design maintains a tight fit over time through wear compensation and the integrated front latches provide clear visual confirmation of both the locked and released positions.

Optional Bolt-On Width Shims

Accommodates a wide range of lugging face spreads within its weight class for added flexibility. Optional bolt-on shims offer a more precise fit for specific OEM specifications, minimizing side play and improving fit and stability.

The angled front hook surface and wedge system allows the coupler to pick up any pin size from 45mm to 60mm and various pin spreads for each pin size, allowing the operator to quickly swap between different attachments even if they have
different pin specifications.

Engineered Lifting Eye

Designed and welded as part of the coupler, the lifting eye is engineered to meet the lifting weight capabilities specified by your excavators manufacturer. Rated lifting eye of 12,000 lbs.
